How to delete your account and data
User data retention and deletion policy
In order for a Laurel Gaming user to completely remove all your data, you must do the following:
1-Open the Laurel Gaming application.
2-Direct to the "ACCOUNT" section at the bottom right of the screen.
3-In this section, in red color there is the option "DELETE ACCOUNT". Select this option.
4-By pressing the DELETE ACCOUNT button , if the user has been logged in for more than 5 minutes their will be prompted to log out and log back in again. This procedure is done for security purposes to avoid impersonation in case someone has gained access to your account.
5-Once the user has logged in again they can go to the same button and delete their account successfully.
Deleting the account automatically deletes all user data.
-Any Laurel Gaming employee who leaves the company cannot, by legal terms, transmit, store or use any user data or related personal and sensitive information of the users. Furthermore, such information will be deleted from the equipment used by that person or such equipment may not be used, in any case, from the moment of leaving the company, by that person.
In the processing of your personal data, the following principles will be applied which are in line with the requirements of the new European data protection regulation:
-Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency: You will always require consent for the processing of your personal data which may be for one or more specific purposes about which you will be previously informed with absolute transparency.
-Principle of data minimization: Only the data strictly necessary for the purpose or purposes for which it is requested will be requested.
-Principle of limitation of the storage period: Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purpose or purposes of processing.Integrity and confidentiality principle: Your data will be processed in such a way that its security, confidentiality and integrity is guaranteed. We take the necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of your user data by third parties.
ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
If requested, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in an electronic format.

Security safeguards. To help ensure a secure player experience, we are continually developing and implementing administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or loss, misuse or alteration.
Data Retention. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide service to you. For example, we may periodically delete identifying data from game accounts not regularly used, review and anonymize unnecessary data.
Please note that if you ask us to delete your personal information, we will maintain your information as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our contracts.
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
Laurel Gaming is not responsible in any case for the non-fulfillment of the challenges posed between players. It is the individual responsibility of each player to comply with the agreed obligations. Laurel Gaming is not responsible for the improper use of the application made by players of legal age, who do not comply with the values of fellowship, honesty and good gaming. We are also not responsible for the material loss due to cheating, in case any player makes use of cheating to circumvent the legality in any way. Laurel Gaming reserves the right to expel users who misuse the application; use of cheating, creation or duplication of accounts, use of aggressive language that may affect the dignity of other users. Laurel Gaming is in no case responsible for the physical, mental or moral damage that may have been created from any challenge freely introduced by the same users. The legal responsibility for acts of vandalism, uncivic or that may affect the physical or mental safety of any user falls on the user who performs or incites such act. In any case, Laurel Gaming will study and penalize with the expulsion of any user who commits such infractions, leaving Laurel Gaming harmless, in any case, from any claim. Laurel Gaming reserves the right to take the corresponding legal actions in defense of its rights and interests.
